Immediate need of 100 dump trucks and backhoes with drivers for mining work in Mindanao. 1 year contract, option for extension.
The operations concern loading and transporting ore minerals, minimum load volume 14cbm, from mining site to dump site on a 24 hour/7 days operation basis. Hauling is weather dependent. Fuel, oil, tires, lubricants and spare parts will be provided by the principal.
Management personnel shall be responsibility of the principal, while workers (drivers/helpers, staff and personnel) shall be employed by bidder.
Successful bidder should be responsible for drivers/crew and its daily basic food requirements (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the entire operations.
The successful bidder should provide property insurance for all equipment as well as his personnel, and bidder should be responsible for any claim or damage resulting from any accident, injury or sickness employers may suffer while performing their duties.
Bidder shall also have all its employees covered under all legally required benefit programs including Social Security System, PhilHealth and Employees Compensation Fund.
